If you receive fax pages sideways or upside down, you can rotate them to correct this. While viewing the fax in Viewer, click the appropriate rotation command on the View menu.\n\nIf pages are only slightly askew, disable Annotation on the View menu, and then click Deskew on the View menu.
If you want to keep records of your faxes, but you do not want to save the fax pages, you can customize the automatic deletion and archiving options.\n\nStart Program Setup and double click Message Management.
